The Bees Road

“It is the story of a young man who burns with one passion after another, who craves the ability to make a positive difference, and certainly entertains the noblest of goals, but who never seems to manage to succeed. His story is compelling, at moments repelling, and in the end leaves this reader feeling like she has spent far too much time in the company of someone who is completely self-absorbed. The glimpse it provides into the “machinery” of Hezbullah is interesting, but not really “meaty”,  just enough to confirm that the organization operates under numerous contradictions itself and leaves little room for admiration. It’s certainly a book worth reading, and I would be very interested in others’ thoughts on it.”
